SKY Q™ LNB What does LNB stand for? LNB stands for Low Noise Block. What does it do? An LNB is the plastic receiving device mounted on the arm mostly in front of a satellite dish, used for satellite TV reception. This device collects the satellite TV signal waves from the dish and converts them to a signal which is sent through a cable to the satellite receiver in your vehicle. Who is the SKY Q LNB for? This SKY Q LNB be used to convert manual Maxview Satellite Systems to become SKYQ™ compatible. This can be used with our Crank Up, Precision (NOT PRECISION I.D), Remora systems. Please note: that you will need a SKYQ™ receiver. In addition, it can be used as a direct replacement if you have a faulty or broken SKYQ™ LNB Main Details High quality Wide Band Sky Q LNB to work with SKY Q™ Receivers The 40mm diameter collar allows fitment to most standard LNB holders Compatible with Maxview Crank Up, Precision (NOT PRECISION I.D), Remora and most older manual models (Please check with Maxview customer services for compatibility with your system) Although we have SKYQ™ Automatic Satellite systems available, using this is not sufficient to upgrade a standard model.
