What does it do? The Precision ID is a portable satellite dish system to receive satellite TV and radio channels. It has been specifically designed for caravan and camping and is very easy to set up and use. The Precision ID includes all the features of the standard Precision, with an additional ‘Sat Found’ LED. This alerts the user when the correct satellite has been found and in turn confirms that the TV is showing a picture. This removes the possibility of locating the wrong satellite and is ideal when the user is unable to see or hear the TV when outside the vehicle. Why is this useful? When setting up your Precision, it is easy to locate the wrong satellite as they are all located in very close proximity in the south sky. The standard Sat Finder is unable to identify individual satellites and will instead highlight proximity to any of these European satellites. The user must view the TV to confirm the correct satellite has been located. The Precision ID overcomes this and indicates the correct satellite has been located. How can I store the system? The Precision ID also comes with two storage bags. This allows the dish and the tripod to be packed away safely for easy transportation and compact storage. Where will the Precision ID system work? The Precision ID receives satellite signals worldwide, with UK and European as standard. Who is it for?
